Billy has been fantastic to deal with.He is quick, efficient and very cost effective with his work.Billy does all our computer repairs, website updates, SEO work and Google Ads / Analytics. WIFI coverage issues in our house fixed efficiently and effectively by Billy. Prior to Billy we had engaged with the NBN technician and another large company providing mobile IT support, they were not able to help with a solution for coverage so we were frustrated that we were paying a lot of money for NBN but only able to use it effectively in one room. Then there was Billy, he talked through a suggested solution, was upfront about what to expect as far as costs were concerned, on the day he was prompt, helpful in explaining issues and quick. I highly recommend Billy, WIFI signal issues are now something we do not complain about in our household - thanks Billy!

As a teacher I use my USB to store everything on. I formatted it by mistake and thought that I had lost everything on it, including my report comments. We contacted Billy as we have used his company before to set up our new laptops. Billy was incredible. He kept me calm and proceeded to recover all my documents, photos, scanned documents and luckily my report comments. I cannot thank Billy enough for his professionalism! You are an expert!

Billy is Awesome. There is nothing he cannot do and is always quick to fix our network remotely or comes to site when needed. He gave us some great advice and we are now very comfortable knowing we have very secure back ups running automatically.
