We recently commissioned Billy from Server Guru to implement a WiFi system for our park guests. From the outset the service provided was outstanding. Billy took the time to listen to our thoughts on what we required and then suggested ways to improve the system. The installation was 1st class, from the hardware supplied to the configuration requirements, to the follow up and remote diagnostics. All within a very reasonable budget framework. What we have now is a system that works extremely well with no impact on our existing connection. WIFI coverage issues in our house fixed efficiently and effectively by Billy. Prior to Billy we had engaged with the NBN technician and another large company providing mobile IT support, they were not able to help with a solution for coverage so we were frustrated that we were paying a lot of money for NBN but only able to use it effectively in one room. Then there was Billy, he talked through a suggested solution, was upfront about what to expect as far as costs were concerned, on the day he was prompt, helpful in explaining issues and quick. I highly recommend Billy, WIFI signal issues are now something we do not complain about in our household - thanks Billy!

As a teacher I use my USB to store everything on. I formatted it by mistake and thought that I had lost everything on it, including my report comments. We contacted Billy as we have used his company before to set up our new laptops. Billy was incredible. Billy is Awesome. There is nothing he cannot do and is always quick to fix our network remotely or comes to site when needed.
